Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive facilities management experience, preferably within healthcare, higher education, or other complex institutional environments.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, building codes, accreditation standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale facilities operations and technical infrastructure systems.
- Experience managing HVAC and other critical building systems, as well as CAFM, CMMS, BMS, or other digital facilities management platforms.
- Professional certifications such as IFMA CFM, FMP, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental management practices that support efficient, resilient, and responsible healthcare and academic campus operations.
