The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring objectives. This role will play a key part in building Kingdom Health's workforce ahead of the hospital and university planned opening, working closely with department leaders across functions in addition to affiliated parties (UCLA Health and UCL Medical School).

Job Description
- Utilize a variety of recruitment methods to source and engage potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
- Source and screen candidates, verifying professional licenses, certifications, and credentials required.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including the accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
- Conduct preliminary interviews based on the level to assess candidates' interest, qualifications, and personality.
- Provide hiring managers and the HR Manager with timely feedback and insights regarding candidate applications.
- Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience using standardized screening and evaluation techniques.
- Proactively contributes to building a diverse, high-performing workforce that supports the organization's goals.
- Partner with the Human Resources Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and available opportunities across the organization.
- Support workforce planning efforts aligned with Kingdom Health's phased staffing plan of the hospital and university operational launch.
- Initiate and coordinate with department managers to create and update job description cards in line with the highest healthcare accreditation standards, including JCI and HCAC, ensuring roles, qualifications, and competencies are clearly defined and compliant.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Human Resources certification is strongly preferred.
- 3-5 Years of experience recruiting for hospitals or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels.
- Ability to represent the organization effectively and confidently answer questions from prospective candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data to support hiring decisions.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate databases.
- Experience developing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

- Strategic and forward-thinking approach to workforce planning, with the ability to anticipate staffing needs ahead of the organization’s operational launch.
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential candidate and compensation information.
- Adaptability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, pre-operational environment with evolving priorities.
- Utilizes IT systems as part of the recruitment function, including implementing and leveraging ERP systems to support and streamline recruitment procedures.
