Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: planning the applications' implementations, in alignment with the building and other dependencies' timelines. Including defining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for HIS, SIS, and ERP implementations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, IT teams, and vendors to align project goals.
- System Implementation: Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of HIS, SIS, and ERP systems.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Training & Support: Organize training sessions
- Reporting: Deliver regular updates on project progress, milestones, and outcomes to senior management.
- Managing any new change request.
- Ensure full documentation and communication of the projects.
Qualifications and Experience
Key Competencies
- Strategic thinking and ability to align IT projects with organizational goals.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment.
Qualifications requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience managing HIS, SIS, or ERP implementations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and/or ERP modules (finance, HR, supply chain) is a plus.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
